Registration for the Fall/Spring  BSA Rec-League is Closed.

 Please carefully review the information below before registering:

• This is a recreational program that is open to children in the Beavercreek area and neighboring communities, who meet grade and age guidelines and who are not participating in an organized select or club soccer program. 
• The BSA Rec-League soccer program consists of both a Fall season and a Spring Season. 
• Players that register for the Fall are automatically enrolled for the spring season.

The Fall season is tentatively scheduled to begin with practices the week of August 17th and games ending Sat October 10th with any make-ups following. 

 

Soccer players are assigned to Divisions according to grade and gender.  Girls in 1st through 8th grades may choose Coed or Girls-Only Divisions. If you need more information about the specific division your son or daughter will sign up for, please contact the appropriate Division Director. Do so by clicking here.  

 

Parents should expect to be contacted by a coach the week before practices start when signing up in the Fall and mid to late March when signing up in the Spring. The sooner we have enough coaches for teams, the sooner we can get teams formed and released. 

Our goal is to have fun and to teach soccer skills in a healthy atmosphere of good sportsmanship and teamwork!

 

The following table shows the days of the week that each division plays games.  All divisions, except Pre-K and J2 (High School), play one game during the week and one game on Saturday.  Pre-K Division meets one time during the week and J2 plays two games during the week and no games on the weekend.

• Fall & Spring registration includes both seasons. You do not need to sign back up for Spring.
• Spring Only registration is available for players registering for the spring season only.
• Each Additional Player pricing applies to the third player and any additional players registered within the family.

 

PLAY-WITH REQUESTS

The BSA does not guarantee that play-with requests can be accommodated.

• The BSA will make every effort to accommodate one play-with request when space permits and both players request each other. Reciprocal requests will receive the highest priority.
• Other play-with requests may not be accommodated.
• Requests to place an entire group or team of players together will not be accommodated.
• Requests for specific coaches, practice or game days are extremely difficult to accommodate and cannot be guaranteed. Team placement and scheduling depend on many factors, including team sizes, player availability, field availability, and overall scheduling needs.
• Head coaches may submit one additional play-with request, which will be considered based on team size and availability.
• Play-with requests must be submitted on the registration form. Please do not email Division Directors to request player placement.

BSA does not offer refunds except in extenuating circumstances.
